Women who have gone through hell.
I'm a good leader. Most people remember what they should have done, not what they did do. So knowing that in any crisis people tend to be afraid and stop moving forward...I make it a point to make individual contact, tell people what to do and encourage them to do it. Later they look back and feel pride for having kicked into action. Next time it will take a far smaller push to get them started.
