How She Empowers Others
She has been called a social entrepreneur, but if you ask Leeza Gibbons what she does, she'll simply answer "I'm a storyteller". From television news journalist and host, to radio personality, producer and businesswoman, Leeza has been entering America's living rooms for over 25 years on shows like "Entertainment Tonight", "Extra" and her Emmy winning talk show "Leeza". Leeza has earned Hollywood's highest honor, a spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Most recently Leeza was seen dancing her heart out fearlessly on "Dancing with the Stars" and she currently hosts her nationally syndicated radio show "Hollywood Confidential". Offering empowerment to women, Leeza introduced Sheer Inspiration Coaching to provide life-changing support and inspiration and is the force behind the mega-successful Sheer Cover mineral makeup line.
After her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Leeza began her most passionate work to date creating the Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation. Her social support centers called Leeza's Place www.leezasplace.org offer education, empowerment and energy to caregivers to prepare them for their difficult journey ahead. But as she will attest, her greatest accomplishment is mother and proud supporter of her children Lexi, Troy & Nathan.
