$40 Afternoon Session/The Minerva Awards tickets and $25 Night at The Village tickets will be sold at the Pine Avenue entrance to the Long Beach Convention Center beginning at 3PM on Tuesday, Oct. 21.

The AFTERNOON SESSION ticket will allow you entry to the convention center on Wednesday, October 22, starting at 3:30 PM, when you can access the exhibit hall. Doors to the Arena will open at 4:30 PM.

A FULL-DAY Conference Pass gives you access to The Women's Conference 2008 and the exhibit hall, The Village, on Wednesday, October 22, from 8 AM to 7 PM. This includes admission to the Minerva Awards and Special Musical Performance by Bonnie Raitt.

When registering, please have your credit card ready even if you are paying by check.
By Credit Card:
The Women's Conference takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please have your card available when registering. You will need access to the security code on the card as well as the billing zip code for the card.
By Check:
The conference will take payment by check, but you must guarantee by credit card. You must provide a valid credit card at the time of registration to secure your registration. Your card will not be charged so long as we have your check within 20 days of your registration. If the check has not been received, we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of registration.
Cancellation Policy:
All tickets and passes are non-refundable and are final at time of purchase.

All data transmitted to and from the transaction site is encrypted using a 128 bit SSL Certificate issued by Thawte. All credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net. More details on security will be provided at the time of purchase.
Conference Seating Information
Loge and Balcony seating are theater-style and are assigned by section. Within each section the seating is open. These assignments are for the morning, lunch and afternoon general sessions.
Table seating is for the morning and lunch general sessions. For the afternoon Minerva awards, the floor will be transformed into theater seating and you will be able to sit in the section assigned to you based on your table assignment. Table locations will be assigned by the conference based on the time of your purchase.
The two Breakout Sessions are open seating.
