Jump to EndThe Women's Conference is exceptional and vital, loaded with impressive presenters. This is an oustanding dialogue but I'm wondering why there are three white males and no women involved in the Arnold/Warren business discussion?

While I appreciated the attempt at some humor with the 'did you want to be a woman' question, I was saddened and disappointed for the conversation to deteriorate to inuendo about Chris Matthews or Arnold being 'gay men' and that being something to laugh about.
As a proud member of the California LGBT community and a leader in the LGBT business movement - I expect more from Californians and all Americans to 'get over' their homophobia and stop the jokes that suggest Gay, Lesbian, Bi-Sexual or Transgender Americans are any less than anyone else.
Come on guys - you've got to set the example for acceptance & leadership not homophobia.

Good question. I'm enjoying the LIVE WEBCAST and missed this part. They had to fit "Mr. Maria Shriver" in somehow ;) Most of the "Most Powerful" voted on a local LB website in Long Beach were mostly white males. I think men are more vocal about their accomplishment.
Re: Live Webcast I wanted to log on and see the quality before emailing thousands to watch. It is excellent!

This is a wonderful event, I'm glad it takes place in Long Beach, The Prime Spot!
